Hi Talk talk.

IT is now beyond ludicrous .

YOUR MANAGEMENT and cust care are pathetic/ Non existent! 

PLEASE! For crying out loud- how the hell do I get my router to connect to the internet.

Since the Facebook fiasco (which is no excuse)  we have had 0 internet.

Nothing!

I have reset manually and via the internet superrouter interface.

All my devices can run via tethering from my VODAFONE cellphone and acknowledge full Wi-Fi connection to the Talk talk router BUT NO INTERNET.

 

PLEASE! SEND ME THE LINK FOR THE NECESSARY UPGRADE BECAUSE THIS IS WAISTING TOOOOO MUCH TIME!!!

@Neil V Not sure what "upgrade" you are looking for. If you are unable to connect to the internet due to a fault, then I'm sure the staff will look into that for you but if you want help via this forum you will need to update your forum profile as previously advised in order that staff are able to access your account.
