We know forums can be a little daunting at times, so here are some of my useful tips to help you get the most out of the community:

New Router

I have just renewed my contract for 24 months, does this entitle me to a new router as part of the package and if so can an OEM arrange delivery of one.

New equipment is not routinely available on renewal of contracts. The cost would be prohibitive and if your equipment works for the services you receive then it works.


If your router (or other equipment) is faulty it will be replaced to keep your service running.
