Hello,

my broadband meant to go live on friday.

had an engineer come round and active my line, for talktalk (was with sky before and the internet worked fine just cost to much) since then I had two talks with live chat to talktalk which one said the hub was faulty which is the WiFi hub black.  So I got sent a talktalk super router which I got today.

plug this in and the internet light isn’t on.

I think something went wrong when engineer actived my line to talktalk

any I dear?

thanks

Hi @D3cadnt

I have asked one of TalkTalk's OCEs to pick your thread up and investigate it for you.

The forum is not real-time 24/7 support, so depending on how busy they are & how many are working at any one time, this can take 24 - 48 hrs (excluding weekends & limited cover on Bank Holidays). Alternatively, you can call the call centre or use online chat. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first. So the fewer entries you make on your thread now, the sooner they will pick it up.

Hi D3cadnt

I'm really sorry to hear this.

Can I just check, do you have a dial tone? Can you make and receive calls?

Thanks

Debbie

Hi Paulina

Is the router connected at the test socket?

The next step will be to arrange an engineer visit to investigate further.

Thanks

Debbie
