Hi, My broadband was supposed to start yesterday. I plugged the router in, its the one with the orange dot pattern on the front, and it worked. My wife and I went out to pick up some stuff from the old place and when we got back it wasn't working.
I have run the line test and that says its fine.
I have done all the things the website says including trying the test plug thing.
When i ring technical support it says call back when they are open but I am calling during their opening times!?
I have tried live chat and that says it isn't functioning at the moment.
This is starting to feel like talk talk is a scam company?
I have work on Monday from home, online.
Can someone please help me find out how to get this fixed?
Its not a very good start to my relationship with Talk talk

The only reliable opening hours for the moment are those displayed on this page, along with the link to Chat, @GWorswick.
Phone help is available today, not tomorrow, from 9am until 6pm.
Staff on the forum are unlikely to reply before Monday.
