I recently recieved a letter saying i would be getting a new router. To date nothing has arrived. 2 weeks ago i recieved an email saying i would be contacted ti arrange for installing fibre. Again nothing. Can you tell me what is happening?

Even if you didnt order it yourself an order may still be showing in your My Account. TT are rolling out upgrades to customers who are currently on ADSL and moving them onto Fibre35.
I didnt order this upgrade either. In fact the first thing I knew about it was when the router was delivered without any warning.

For one of the TalkTalk staff on this community to be able to look into this you will need to update your community profile to include your name, landline telephone number that your TalkTalk service is provided on & an alternative contact number. This will allow them to identify you, and they will then be able to help.
Don't post any personal details in this thread, just add them to your community profile.
Then they will hopefully be able to respond to this post tomorrow.
