No Internet on computer.

My phone connects to the Internet, but my computer hasn't always, despite restarting the router and resetting the computer. Help, please.

Could you switch your router off for at least 30 minutes then switch back on and retest - please let us know how you get on

If using Windows, have you run network diagnostics ?

Does the computer "see" your TT SSID in the list of available networks ?

Have you tried setting a mobile device as a WiFi hotspot and seeing if your computer will connect to that ?
