My phone connects to the Internet, but my computer hasn't always, despite restarting the router and resetting the computer. Help, please.

If using Windows, have you run network diagnostics ?
Does the computer "see" your TT SSID in the list of available networks ?
Have you tried setting a mobile device as a WiFi hotspot and seeing if your computer will connect to that ?
