After speaking to customer services this morning, Internet appeared on my laptop but not my any of my phones, both IOS and Android. Very frustrating.

Is your laptop wired to the router or connected via Wi-Fi?
If the latter then there should be no reason why others are not connevting?
What have you tried to get connected? Have you previously been connected or are you new to TalkTalk, or have a new router?
