No Internet with flash orange light

Hi I’m moving new house ,I got new broadband Hub . They said my service will go  live anytime up to might night 25/03 still haven’t got internet please help me....they said engineer come today but didn’t. Thanks

Im in the same situation, made a post and it doesn't even show up on here, yikes!! hope we don't go months without service as a lot of us need to work at home.

Hi @Nhung Pham  be patient, check your community profile and add your landline phone number. Reboot the router.

I've ordered a replacement router for testing, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.

 

Let us know how the connection compares with this router.

I have an account with Talktalk and I have noticed that I don't have anymore access to the internet. We have been assured that the service will be without a problem during this period as we need to work from home. I have tried to call Talktalk but obviously no chance. I wonder how to fix this issue. Anyone from Talktalk??? If I don't get any answer, I will leave Talktalk
