No WiFi after power cut

Been without WiFi for 2 weeks, I’ve reset devices and reset router numerous times, internet is working through Ethernet cable but can’t use internet on my phone or other WiFi devices, I have rang and advised of issue but was advised internet connection is fine, also been through help section directly to no avail, I know my connection is fine but there is something wrong with the WiFi on the router connecting, can anyone help?

What make and model router do you have ?

 

Have you just rebooted the router or have you used the factory reset button for 30 seconds ?

 

Is the router actually broadcasting a signal or has that stopped too ?

 

If you have a service over the phone line, add your landline number to your community profile and wait for a staff member to reply, they will be back on Monday.
