No Wifi After Live Day 🀬🀬

Got wifi installed by a engineer that seemed as if he was in the biggest rush ever told me was all set up and good within about 5 minutes waited all night no internet woke up this morning with the same result  gone through all the tests with live chat and even a

manager on the phone they dont see no faults but it says on my router settings that no internet and also talk talk cant find my router or router firmware the customer service has been shocking   need this sorted

I'm really sorry to hear this.

 

I can see that this fault has been raised to Openreach and is under investigation with a line engineer.

 

We should receive further updates from Openreach within the next 24-48hrs.
