No broadband - no reply to previous post

Having received the “ready to go” email, our new router has been plugged in and continues to show a flashing orange light. We have tried turning off and on again, both micro filters, factory reset and no response.

We never had a problem with our previous provider and are currently very frustrated.  Please help as we are now unable to effectively work from home

This has now been fixed by an engineer who visited our house today
