No engineer came for installation

I have booked date for installation which is 20th July 2021 between 8am to 1pm. But I was waiting whole day no engineer came or even not got any call or notification. How I can trust as I am new customer of Talk talk. I think I should leave the service before starting.

I'm sorry to hear that the engineer didn't show up, if you still need assistance can you please update your community profile to include your:


  • Name

  • Telephone number

  • Alternative contact number

  •
