Do I ask you guys to look into it or do I phone the CEO’s office on Monday and add it to my open complaint?

Since my original post I decided to phone the CEO’s office and add this fault to my complaint.
As my house is 2km from the cab and the intermittent fault could be along that copper wiring, I have also cancelled my upgrade to fibre.
