No internet Sunday morning

Hi Guys,

 

I have no internet this morning. I first noticed it at 7:30am.

 

Do I ask you guys to look into it or do I phone the CEO’s office on Monday and add it to my open complaint?

Have you spoken to the Complaints Manager in regards to this fault?

Hi Debbie,

 

Since my original post I decided to phone the CEO’s office and add this fault to my complaint.

 

As my house is 2km from the cab and the intermittent fault could be along that copper wiring, I have also cancelled my upgrade to fibre.

 

Would you like me to close this topic?
