"Random faults" in my area through no fault of my own that keep occurring despite which I am not allowed to cancel my contract without paying £100+.
When I call TalkTalk customer service, I am 'disconnected' and can't get through to their chat service.
Also need to be home for any engineer visits - which would mean a day-off from work.
Ridiculous and terrible service - for anyone thinking of signing a contract with TalkTalk - DON'T!
