Somewhat recently I’ve had both a technician come over and new router provided, in order to fix my previous broadband issues which worked. For 2-3 weeks.
Now I am back to no longer being able to connect the the internet in the Bournemouth area.
I’ve reset the router, checked cables etc etc.
Sadly though, there is still no internet.
Please can someone help me resolve this ASAP.

Main line test is showing a DIS (Disconnection) fault on the line.
I've requested a Non Appointed engineer - Non appointed means the engineer will be dispatched to look at the line without requiring an appointment be made with you to visit your property.
