Hi I have had no internet connection for three days now and despite contacting the txt service I have had nothing fixed, they just keep messaging me saying they are looking into this.
i am an NHS member of staff an need the connection urgently as I am going to have to triage patients from home on a rotational basis.
this means I need to be able to access patient records whilst at home.
my modem has had a constantly flashing dns light for three days and no connection. I have already cycled the power numerous times and left it all turned off for more than an hour on more than one occasion, I also purchased and replaced all the cables.
