The internet connection has been gone since last night due to an issue at Stepps. I was wondering roughly when it will be fixed? I have an important online meeting tomorrow.

Customers connected to the Stepps exchange are experiencing a total loss of service.
Latest update: 7:17am 18th May 2021
Openreach engineers continue to work at the affected exchange repairing a power fault. Service in the area will be restored once the power issue has been resolved. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time and assure you our engineers are working to restore service as a priority.
