No internet flashing orange light

Hey

 

Since Thursday evening I have lost Internet connection. The router just flashes orange.

 

Yesterday after resetting and leaving the router off for a while, I managed to get Internet for about an hour until it went again.

 

I have the sagem that is black with the orange underneath. This is I think the second one of these I have had in the past 3 or so months.

 

I cannot find anywhere to be able to contact support other than using these forums which is highly annoying.

 

Any help?

I'm really sorry to hear this.

 

I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults and your line shows in sync and connected.

 

Is this working ok now?
