Your service is not showing live on our network system and there are no open orders.
The only way this can be fixed is for the account to be cancelled and a new order to be placed by the sales / customer teams.
Can you give our customer Teams a call and they will have to progress this for you.
Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Just to confirm, is the telephone number in your Community Profile correct? Did you arrange this with the Home Movers Team? Please do not post any personal information on the Community.
