What does it take to get an engineer to come out?
I signed up on 8th July, supposedly went live on 16th July and have not had any internet or phone line since.
I have raised this daily via online chat with my mobile but still no resolution. I have said that it clearly can’t be fixed remotely and an engineer is required but they won’t send one.
Any ideas how I can get this sorted out????
