Hi all, total service disruption at the moment and have had no meaningful response from TalkTalk help numbers / texting since the problem began. Are there any TalkTalk assistants / experts in these chats who could assist?
I have a Huawei HG633 router. Have tried restarting, reconnecting all cables and factory reset but nothing can bring back those blinking amber LEDs...
Any assistance appreciated.
