No power to router!

My router has been working fine up until 2 days ago.  There is no power going to the router, I have tried other sockets and it is definately the ac/dc power lead.  Tried speaking to Technical support who dont listen and were unhelpful.  Can I get a new lead or do I need a new router aswell?  Having 2 teenagers without broadband is stressing me out beyond belief!
