I’m moving house on Monday 18th October which is only days away. I contacted TalkTalk many weeks ago to say I was moving, to which they responded I’d have to switch provider.
I received a letter in the post which mentioned I’d be sent a returns bag and it hasn’t came. I believe at this rate I will need to take the router with me and receive the returns bag at my new address for me to post it off.
Could a member of staff help with this please? I’d appreciate it. Thank you.

They should be able to check for you that it's in the post, @Nicolejoanne.
Still a few days to go, and Talktalk often leaves things to the last minute.
If need be, another one can be sent to your new address.
