I’ve had no broadband since yesterday, no idea why, can’t get hold of anyone , router constantly on red, kids going up the wall haha Please help!

Service Status at the top of the page reports broadband loss of services at 6 exchanges.

 

Do you live in one of these areas ?

  • Keyingham
  • Leconfield
  • Market Weighton

Hi yes phone working and micro filter on, it’s just gone red for apparently no reason 😡

Is your phone working ?

 

Call 0345 172 0046 from 0900 to report the issue.

 

Have you tried connecting to the test socket with a microfilter ?

 

Have you reset the router by pressing in the recessed button for 20 seconds ?
