No wireless internet

I’m having problems getting internet connection wirelessly. I think my devices at connecting to the router but won’t connect to the internet. I have a tv which is connected with a Ethernet cable and works fine but when I disconnect it and go wirelessly it won’t connect to the internet. I have mobiles, iPads, fire sticks that won’t work 

 

ive tried to chat with Talktalk tech services twice but end up losing connection with them so no help there

I'm really sorry to hear this.

 

Have you tried factory resetting the router using the pin hole reset for ten seconds?

Hi @Pgriff22,

 

Presumably you have tried switching the router off and on again just to see if that resolves the issue ?

 

The TalkTalk staff on this community will be able to help, they will hopefully be able to respond to this post tomorrow.
