Nowtv stick REALLY pixelated.

Hi, I've just watched Game of Thrones on my NowTV stick, and it's really poor picture quality, whereas before it was fine. 

 

My child has just watched Spiderman also on NowTV stick and it's also badly pixelated.

 

Its like watching an illegal download from 2005!!!

 

Are there any settings I can change on Talk Talk router to improve this?

The sync speed looks good. Have you tested different wireless channels to see how the connection compares?

I assume this is a wireless connected device, can you do any speed test from this & how does it compare to a wired device?
