Could one of the OCE's please re-set my line for me please.
Downstream speed over last 2 weeks has dropped from 4meg, to 3.5meg, to 3meg, now to 2.5 meg, there have been no changes to modem/router, there is no new firm ware, physical connections from BT socket on-wards have all been checked etc.

Gentle bump for below as the down speed has now dropped to 2 meg, so a 50% reduction in speed over the last week or so.
