I've recently moved to a new house and along with got the talk talk broadband moved too. However when I use the office laptop that connects via VPN, I'm unable to connect.
Please note that I'm able to connect VPN with same laptop using my cellphone internet, however not with Talk Talk broadband.
A quick look at forum topics indicated this is same issue as here Cisco Anyconnect VPN issue
Could you please help getting this sorted urgently as my work at home is getting severely impacted ?
Sorry to hear you're experiencing problems connecting to your VPN, I can send another router to test with, would you like me to arrange this?
