I moved home and am now using talktalk for my service provider. As part of my work i use a website/software called Splashtop, this allows me to connect to my internal computers.
I have spoken to quite a few talktalk service people to no avail.
Unfortunately talktalk is blocking the website with scam protection. I turned scam protection and kidsafe off but this is still blocking it. It seems after some research the only way around this maybe to change DNS settings however the router i am using is unable to do this (D-Link 3782). The router is fairly old and seems a bit slow and shaky.
Am i able to get a new router sent out urgently that i am able to change DNS settings so that i can work?
