I have had packet loss issues for over a week now. Talk Talk just doing nothing to fix this. I have been sent out 2 different routers both of which has had ZERO difference. I have tried everything my end to ensure it is not a hardware issue. I have tried two routers. No difference. Tried flushing/resetting my DNS. No difference. I have fresh installed Windows 10. No difference. Talk Talk just dont seem to want to help and when I have asked that an engineer looks at this the are telling me there will be a charge for THEIR PROBLEM!?!??!?!?!?! I have tried everything now I want to know what the next step is to 1) Complaing and 2) Actually have someone who knows that they are talking about look at this!!!!
