PS4 won't connect to talktalk

Hello, I'm a new customer, joined talktalk on 2nd July but internet was having lots of issues, Engineer came down today morning and fixed a fault with the cabinet wiring. Now that internet is up and running, I am unable to connect my Playsation4 to talktalk. It gives error. However when I connect it to my mobile hotspot, it works perfectly. Also, I was a virginmedia customer and never had trouble connecting PS4.

Can anyone help with this?

I've tried resetting router, using LAN only, nothing works!

What model router so you have ?

 

Also, when you say you have reset this, have you performed a full factory / pin reset.

 

Any issues with internet from other devices.

I'm sorry for the delay, thanks for the additional information. Are you trying to connect wired or wireless? What error message do you receive?

I have tried with ethernet cable as well, it does not connect to the internet. It gave some error related to NAT.

 

And when I tried with the WiFi, it does not connect as well.

No, I only have the talktalk router that came via post and the engineer installed it.

I've checked and there appears to be an issue with this router order, apologies for this.

 

I have asked our warehouse team to escalate this and you should receive this router within the next 48hrs.
