Hello, I'm a new customer, joined talktalk on 2nd July but internet was having lots of issues, Engineer came down today morning and fixed a fault with the cabinet wiring. Now that internet is up and running, I am unable to connect my Playsation4 to talktalk. It gives error. However when I connect it to my mobile hotspot, it works perfectly. Also, I was a virginmedia customer and never had trouble connecting PS4.
Can anyone help with this?
I've checked and there appears to be an issue with this router order, apologies for this.
I have asked our warehouse team to escalate this and you should receive this router within the next 48hrs.
