i recently moved house and got my wifi switched here too i used talk talk before for like a year, when i moved i have no internet since activation day but my phone works fine they have sent me a new router that didn’t change anything either on service centre it says it can’t identify my router but it’s a brand new talk talk hub any help so i can actually use their service i pay for?

I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line which hasn't detected a fault so I've completed a radius re-sync. Please can you try powering down the router for a full 30 minutes and then try connecting again.
