Phone line works but internet is not

i recently moved house and got my wifi switched here too i used talk talk before for like a year, when i moved i have no internet since activation day but my phone works fine they have sent me a new router that didn’t change anything either on service centre it says it can’t identify my router but it’s a brand new talk talk hub any help so i can actually use their service i pay for?

Morning,

 

I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line which hasn't detected a fault so I've completed a radius re-sync. Please can you try powering down the router for a full 30 minutes and then try connecting again.

Can you just check by dialling 17070 from your landline that the correct number is read back to you as in My Account?
