Please cancel my broadband

I’ve been trying to cancel my broadband since 2/6/21, logged 2 complaints to which I’ve had no response through this web chat service. You give me this number to call 0345 172 5157 but they tell me they can’t do it. They put me through to this number 0345 172 0046 and I just get an automated response saying ‘sorry your request cannot be done’. Please just let me cancel

Thanks for your post, sorry that you are having problems.

 

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your  account.

To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.

When you get to the voice prompt asking for the reason you are calling reply with "thinking of leaving," or "customer loyalty team." I tested the number 0345 172 0046 myself on Saturday and it worked just fine.
