Hi there, I signed up a little while ago on a 2 year contract, when I signed up I filled out the form for vulnerable people and was told my bill wouldn't be raised due to the circumstances.
However I've received an email stating you are now doing that..
Is this the case (and if so how come as that wasn't what I was told when signing up ) or is it a generic email?

Thanks @Arne-TalkTalk too add, it's a special contract from talk talk and price rises would not be affected by it (what I was told, I had to send forms back for eligibility) . Hope that helps
