I’m a new customer and keep being told there’s no problem. I’m definitely connected correctly. 2 days without internet and still a flashing router. Not Happy😕

URGENT!

Same problem for me! It's been 3 days now and we need to work from home. We followed all guidelines on the website but nothing, and there is no way to assistance over the phone.
