Hi Debbie, I am also having difficulty using anydesk. I tried your suggestion of changing the SSID name and the channels are already at 44 & 6. It still isn't working. When I use my phone as a hot spot on my macbook it works fine. But I need to get it working through my Talktalk connection. Do you have any other suggestions?

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • Alternative contact number

Hi @hrlander welcome to the community your post has been flagged for assistance and you should hear during the day in the meantime please check your community profile and add your landline phone number which is used to identify your account.

 

You could also try changing the DNS settings away from the talk talk settings.

Using 3rd Party DNS  8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 are the Google alternative. Reboot your router once when done.
