Hi....I seem to be having the same issue.
i can connect to my VPN with no problem giving me access to work emails but it is not giving me access to some ‘hard drives’ in need.
I have contacted ‘TalkTalk’ twice today via the web chat support & after wasting 3 hours chatting to them the problem is still not resolved.
