Red and green flashing lights

Hi, I have red flashing lights on power and internet and green flashing lights on wlan, lan1 and lan2. No internet. Phone ok, leads ok. Tried switching off for over 30 mins and tried reset pin button for over 10 seconds. Anything else I can try?

I'm really sorry to hear this.

 

I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults.

 

Do you have a different router that you can test with?
