Want to renew my broadband and free calls which I hardly use. Contract end 9 Nov 2021 

Customers service closed. Tried various phone numbers, Am pensioner and limited means

Was offered a deal almost same as advertised on website but now cannot contact them to discuss or renew  2 year contract   £21 per month plus inflation increases of 3.7% plus uk inflation rate every year o r£23.95 per month fixed 2 year.  Working it out there is hardly any difference is total cost for the 2 years Please advise  Thanks

@Sand3  those prices seem very cheap for having the UK calls boost included for free and if they do, check whether it's for the full term, most call offers have been for a maximum of 18 months recently.

As your deal is now just about up and as TT bill in advance prepare yourself for the shock of "full price" on your next bill, check your billing date !

As you have not stated the product you have, it'll likely be around £30 - 35 at full whack.

The inflation + 3.7% rises kicks in in March or April each year, not on your contract anniversary date, so take that into account.
