Hi, so on the 1st of July I received an email to tell me my broadband is up for renew and my options. I selected the renewal offer of £29.95 for fibre 150. A message appeared saying I would receive an email within 10 days. The email hasnt arrived and I presumed everything would be fine until I checked my bank statement to see I had paid £38 and when looking at my contract the renewal dosnt seem to have happened. I tried to do this again via my account but the renewal has now changed to £35 including an echo dot which I don't need. Please can someone look into my account and put me on the renewal offer of £29.95 which I opted in for. Thanks
