We have lost internet connection in last few days and the phone once. Can it be checked. We really need as we are in vulnerable category.

I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing problems with your service 

 

I've run a line test, it passed but I can see that there have been a few disconnections over the last couple of weeks, is everything working OK at the moment?
