I have been with TalkTalk for many years and am considering a new contract - Fibre 65.
But I have been using the same router for about 6 years and it now requires resetting once or twice a week.
What do I need to do to get a replacement? I don't want to accept the new contract with its higher download speed and then find that the old router isn't up to the job.

Thanks very much for your prompt action and apologies for my slow response.
The new router is now connected and seems to be working fine.
I am returning the old one in the returns bag today.

If your current one isn't suitable, there won't be a problem at all getting a new one.
Forum staff won't reply before Monday. Let us know the type of router you currently have (small print somewhere on the back....).
