Request OCE to reset port&DLM

Hi, please can an OCE reset my port and restart DLM?

 

I'm struggling to maintain 4MB at the moment. My downstream line attenuation is 41.7dB so I should get a sync of 8288kbps and a throughput of 7335kbps according to Kitz.  But I'm only getting 5120kbps sync and 4400kbps throughput.

 

HG633 is connected to the test port with a 0.5m cable and no other telephony devices. No wireless devices, everything is cabled. Line is clear, no crackles.
