Hi there. I'm just wondering if there's any chance of having a new router sent out. we.ve been having problems for weeks now to reset it constantly and very slow internet. I did ring up the other day and spoke to someone regarding slow internet. And I must say I wasn't very pleased after being on the phone for 2 hours, for him to be constantly turning the internet on and off which is all we've been doing the past couple of weeks and still no luck. Then he hang up on me.
I did renew today to fibre 65 just waiting for it activate but I am in need of a new router if that's possible.
Would be very much appreciated.

I have ordered you a replacement router for testing, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.
Let us know how the connection compares with this router.
