How do I go about ordering a new broadband router?

 

I’ve had my current one for a number of years and the router security is highlighted as ‘weak’ by my iPad.

I have ordered you a replacement router and a returns bag so your current router can be returned.

 

Please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive. Let us know how the connection compares with this router.
