Our current router not only is very old 10 years+ (White router thats now more Yellowy), recently sustained water damage and is just generally very spotty with when it works/some connections randomly not working as well. Recently had a sky engineer around who was shocked at the state of our router and how old it was.
How do you request a new/replacement router?
