I had to reschecule my house move by 2 weeks. I initially arranged disconnection on the 1st April and reinstalled at new propert on the 2nd April. This was moved to 14th and 15th April. I had a message 3 days ago to say they are disconnecting me on the 1st April and reinstalling me on the 15th April. There seems to be a mix up somewhere with the dates leaving me working from home with no broadband. I cant get through to anyone. I did send an email but as yet no reply. HELP.... Any advice would be grateful.
