Reset DLM please ...

Please could my DLM be reset please.  My line has been retraining quite consistently for a few days and my upload speed has dropped from about 7000 to now about 2000 - its never been like this before.

 

Please could an OCE have a look and reset or suggest something another course of action.

 

As far as I am aware nothing inside my premises has changed recently to precipitate the line speed changes.

 

I enclosed a screenshot of my current line stats for reference.

Hi James,

 

We cannot reset DLM for fibre connections, this is automated by Openreach.

 

Power off the router for 30 minutes to start a new session then power on and do not reboot the router for the next few days.  We can then see if DLM changes after the weekend.

 

This is the current profile : 0.128M-32.4M Downstream,  0.128M-5M Upstream.
