I have received an email saying i'll get charged £50 if i don't return my hardware.
But i have still not received the envelope and postage sticker.
Its impossible to get through on web chat.... HELP!

Have you recently cancelled or moved home etc. I can request a bag is manually sent to you, but if this is because of a home move, then add your new address to the private notes section of your 'Community Profile' so I can pick this up.
