Last week I reported an issue with my Wi-Fi hub and was sent out a replacement which included a returns bag for the faulty one, I have taken it to the Post Office to return it this morning. However I have also received an email requesting the return of equipment or face a £50 charge saying a returns bag will be provided to return a "SET TOP BOX".
Could a note please be placed on my account that it is a Wi-Fi hub that has been exchanged. Thank You.
